主講本科生課程《學(xué)科導(dǎo)論》、《有機(jī)化學(xué)》、《有機(jī)化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》、《現(xiàn)代分離技術(shù)》、《香料化學(xué)與工藝學(xué)》。主持(完成)校級教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),發(fā)表教研論文3篇。
研究領(lǐng)域及方向:
環(huán)境污染與食品安全。聚焦食品中重金屬、真菌毒素等化學(xué)污染物危害問題,開展食品污染物檢測與控制基礎(chǔ)研究及技術(shù)研發(fā),提升食品質(zhì)量,保障食品安全。
