教育工作經(jīng)歷:
2016-2019年,香港中文大學(xué),生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,食品與營(yíng)養(yǎng)科學(xué)專業(yè),博士學(xué)位;
2012-2015年,上海海洋大學(xué),上海市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院食用菌研究所聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè),碩士學(xué)位;
2008-2012年,青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè),學(xué)士學(xué)位;
2019年12月至今,南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,講師、副教授;
2022年4月-2023年4月,香港中文大學(xué),訪問(wèn)學(xué)者;
2015年8月-2016年5月,上海市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院食用菌研究所,研究助理。
教學(xué)工作:
主講《食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)與衛(wèi)生學(xué)》、《健康的食尚》等課程
研究領(lǐng)域及方向:
(1)天然活性物質(zhì)提取及生物活性分析;
(2)天然活性物質(zhì)與胃腸道菌群互作;
(3)功能性食品研究與開(kāi)發(fā)。
