謝宏凱,博士(后),講師,碩士研究生導師

主要研究方向為食品(水產(chǎn)品)加工、貯藏保鮮及品質(zhì)控制。重點圍繞水產(chǎn)品脂質(zhì)變化規(guī)律解析及精準調(diào)控技術(shù)、可降解活性包裝構(gòu)建開展研究工作。
