2023.03-2024.03,哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院/BIDMC,博士后研究員;

2020.07至今,南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué),食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,副教授;

2017.06-2020.06,南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué),食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,講師;

教學(xué)工作:

主講《食品毒理學(xué)》、《微生物學(xué)》、《微生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》和《分子營養(yǎng)學(xué)》等本科生和研究生課程,參編江蘇省高等學(xué)校重點(diǎn)教材2部,參與建設(shè)江蘇省一流本科課程1門。主持校級教改課題1項(xiàng),發(fā)表教改論文3篇,指導(dǎo)國家級大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng),省級一般項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。

研究領(lǐng)域及方向:

分子營養(yǎng)與功能性食品。重點(diǎn)圍繞食品中功能因子改善二型糖尿病和肥胖的作用及機(jī)制研究。
