教學(xué)工作

主講課程《高級(jí)生物化學(xué)》《生物化學(xué)》《生物化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》。

研究方向

主要研究領(lǐng)域糧食營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)糧食中蛋白質(zhì)資源,采用生物酶等方法開發(fā)功能性蛋白質(zhì)、生物活性肽及相關(guān)生物材料。
