研究領(lǐng)域及方向:
主要研究領(lǐng)域活性物質(zhì)的生物合成和基因調(diào)控,產(chǎn)品研發(fā)以及食品質(zhì)量與安全。重點(diǎn)針對(duì)微生物與植物源活性物質(zhì)的生物合成、基因調(diào)控以及活性物質(zhì)的功能開展研究。
