2016年至今,南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué),食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,講師;
2019年至今,科技部引智司,掛職;

主講課程《食品化學(xué)》、《食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)》、《食品分析》
研究領(lǐng)域及方向:
主要研究方向?yàn)椋菏称分兄亟饘俚臋z測(cè),土壤-糧食元素遷移規(guī)律研究,食品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)分析,現(xiàn)階段主要圍繞國(guó)家糧食行業(yè)重大需求,以糧食質(zhì)量安全為向?qū)В_展研究重金屬抗體制備與快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究,重金屬的提取與毒素的快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)等研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)糧食收儲(chǔ)運(yùn)過(guò)程的質(zhì)量安全把控。
