南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,副教授,碩導(dǎo),主要從事食品安全檢測(cè)及新型電化學(xué)生物傳感器的教學(xué)研究工作。在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Bioelectrochemistry、Food Chemistry等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文30余篇,其中第一作者身份發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,中文核心論文10余篇,申報(bào)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利10項(xiàng),授權(quán)專(zhuān)利5項(xiàng)。現(xiàn)主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、主持“十四五”重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃糧油適度加工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子檢測(cè)研究項(xiàng)目子課題1項(xiàng),參與“十四五”國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃青年科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),以及國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金和江蘇省高校自然科學(xué)面上項(xiàng)目、本科生國(guó)家級(jí)科創(chuàng)項(xiàng)目、研究生創(chuàng)新基金項(xiàng)目等。
