一、教育工作經(jīng)歷
2012-2014年，澳大利亞莫納什大學(xué)，博士聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)；
2010-2015年，華南理工大學(xué)，食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院，淀粉資源科學(xué)與工程，博士學(xué)位；
2006-2010年，河南工業(yè)大學(xué)，糧油食品學(xué)院，食品科學(xué)與工程，學(xué)士學(xué)位。
2019年至今，南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)，食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院，副教授；
2017年至2019，南京財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)，食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院，講師；
2015-2016年，法國(guó)斯特拉斯堡大學(xué)，博士后。
二 教學(xué)工作
主講《糧油食品工藝學(xué)》和《食品添加劑》兩門課程。
三、研究領(lǐng)域及方向
主要研究糧油食品和農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物的綜合利用，主要包括生物基可降解薄膜、活性包裝、乳化劑、水凝膠等的研究與開發(fā)。

1. 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金，殼聚糖/阿拉伯膠納米復(fù)合體多層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)Pickering乳液穩(wěn)定性的影響機(jī)制研究，2019/01-2021/12,主持。
2. 江蘇省高校自然科學(xué)研究面上項(xiàng)目, 多糖液晶溶液在干燥過(guò)程中的動(dòng)態(tài)演變及其與性能的關(guān)系, 2017/09-2019/10,主持。
3. 南京市留學(xué)人員科技創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目，基于幾丁質(zhì)/植物精油Pickering乳液自增強(qiáng)抗菌膜的構(gòu)建及釋放行為研究，2019/01-2021/12,主持。
