主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:稻谷儲(chǔ)藏過程中品質(zhì)變化規(guī)律及其分子機(jī)制;谷物源膳食因子的高通量篩選及其活性機(jī)制;主要膳食生物活性物質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)與其活性關(guān)系。團(tuán)隊(duì)近五年承擔(dān)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等國(guó)家省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)。
