畢業(yè)于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)國(guó)家肉品質(zhì)量安全控制工程技術(shù)研究中心,長(zhǎng)期致力于食品安全與質(zhì)量控制研究,聚焦肉品和糧食腐敗霉變機(jī)制、功能性菌種資源挖掘與利用、綠色保鮮技術(shù)開發(fā)。主持或參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等國(guó)家、省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目9項(xiàng);以第一或通訊作者在Food Microbiology, Food Research International, Food Control等雜志發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,在《中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)》等雜志發(fā)表中文核心期刊論文4篇;申請(qǐng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng),美國(guó)發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng);獲中國(guó)糧油學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)。
