一、教育工作經(jīng)歷
2012-2014年，澳大利亞莫納什大學，博士聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)；
2010-2015年，華南理工大學，食品科學與工程學院，淀粉資源科學與工程，博士學位；
2006-2010年，河南工業(yè)大學，糧油食品學院，食品科學與工程，學士學位。
2019年至今，南京財經(jīng)大學，食品科學與工程學院，副教授；
2017年至2019，南京財經(jīng)大學，食品科學與工程學院，講師；
2015-2016年，法國斯特拉斯堡大學，博士后。
二 教學工作
主講《糧油食品工藝學》和《食品添加劑》兩門課程。
三、研究領域及方向
主要研究糧油食品和農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物的綜合利用，主要包括生物基可降解薄膜、活性包裝、乳化劑、水凝膠等的研究與開發(fā)。

1. 國家自然科學基金，殼聚糖/阿拉伯膠納米復合體多層級結構對Pickering乳液穩(wěn)定性的影響機制研究，2019/01-2021/12,主持。
2. 江蘇省高校自然科學研究面上項目, 多糖液晶溶液在干燥過程中的動態(tài)演變及其與性能的關系, 2017/09-2019/10,主持。
3. 南京市留學人員科技創(chuàng)新項目，基于幾丁質(zhì)/植物精油Pickering乳液自增強抗菌膜的構建及釋放行為研究，2019/01-2021/12,主持。
